How does it work?

We collect packages at various locations. When you register a shipment, we will pick it up that same day. The registration process takes less than thirty seconds to complete. Simply stick the label on your package and set it aside for our courier.

Within the Netherlands and throughout most of Europe, we transport packages by road; farther destinations are serviced via air transport. Packages sent to destinations in the Netherlands and across most of Europe are delivered the next working day. Deliveries to the rest of the world are completed within 48 hours or shortly thereafter.

Types of business packages

A package or a document. One or many. It’s all the same to us and we handle everything with equal priority. Prolivered can handle any type of document or package up to a maximum weight of 25 kg per package. The dimensions of the package cannot exceed the maximum dimensions of 120 x 70 x 70 cm. There is no limit to the number of packages per shipment.

The costs of shipping business packages

Contact us for a tailor-made offer. There are several aspects that affect our prices. For example, some packages are not heavy, but they do take up a lot of space. We therefore compare a package’s volume weight to its actual weight. We calculate the volume weight as follows: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 5000. The highest weight is then used to determine our shipping rate.

We also charge a fuel surcharge; a diesel surcharge for road transport and a kerosene surcharge for airfreight. Take a look at the current fuel surcharges for domestic and international transport. Lastly, it is important to remember that certain goods cannot be shipped or may only be shipped under specific conditions. This list can be found here.
